Panel Locks
are unique to SMP. Product injection moulded from clear acrylic. They will lock panels together in both directions, preventing expansion opening the panel joints and wind blowing the rear rebated panel in.

Fast Fix locator's, Letter Fixings
Fast-Fix locator's are our patented letter fixing system. Pegs are in white ABS and have a ridge between fixing shoulder and cup face. This is to permit the easy-out tool to be pushed in and levered backward. This will ease the strain on removing the letters and cause less breakage. The cup is moulded from Polypropylene CP (copolyprop) which is U.V. stabilised and guaranteed for 5 years.

A slot either side of the cup permits expansion and provides a good grip on the peg. The fixing plug is moulded onto the cup which requires no screw. Simply drill suitable hole and push the fixing in.

If the injection moulded plug is not to your liking you
can cut them off and resort to normal screw fixings.

NO SCREWS - NO PLUGS. Hence the name "FAST-FIX"

Fast-Fix are suitable for brick, wood, foam, acrylic, cladding and many other materials.

Removal of the cups is performed by drilling them off the fascia with a 3.5mm drill bit. The cups can then be re-used in the conventional method, using plugs and screws.

Keyhole Fixings

Keyholes are available in three sizes in white. To suit screws from No4 - No16 swg. For the best results use pan headed screws

Keyholes can be used to  fit letters or panels to a wall or other surface and are U/V stable

Glue keyholes on sign blanks and bond 5mm strips to the back of your panel to create a close coupling to the wall.
